When the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or improperly using a payment card number, the cardholder may demand immediate cancellation of the charge. In such cases, the corresponding debit and credit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase was actually made by the cardholder and the refund request was not a result of exercising the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, the cardholder had improperly requested cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder will be obligated to compensate PRONTIVET for any damages caused as a result of said cancellation.

The availability of services offered by PRONTIVET may vary depending on the service. In the event of non-performance due to unavailability, PRONTIVET will notify the customer via email as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. This communication period will not exceed a maximum of 30 days under any circumstances. PRONTIVET may offer the customer the option of offering a service with similar characteristics or higher quality at no additional cost, or, unless justified and demonstrable reasons are provided by PRONTIVET, refunding the amounts paid for the canceled service within this same period. In the event that PRONTIVET does not make this payment within the specified period, the buyer may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to compensation.

Exchange and return policy

At PRONTIVET, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, starting from the date the contract is signed, without penalty and without giving any reasons.

The right of withdrawal must be exercised by email to info@prontivet.com or by sending a letter to the postal address C/ Jacint Verdaguer 31 PBJ, 08490 Tordera, Barcelona.

If the customer has consumed any of Prontiplan's products within the withdrawal period, the amount consumed will be charged separately at its standard price, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Refunds of amounts received by the customer will be made using the same payment methods used by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Jurisdiction

PRONTIVET also reserves the right to pursue any civil or criminal action it deems appropriate for improper use of its website and content or for failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spain. Should any dispute arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or resort to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the rules on jurisdiction and competence.
