PRONTIVET, through this document, sets out its Cookie Collection and Processing Policy, in compliance with the provisions of Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE).

Cookies are stored on the user's device (computer or mobile device) and collect information when visiting the website https://www.prontivet.com. This is done to improve its usability, understand users' browsing habits and needs in order to adapt to them, and obtain information for statistical purposes. For users who are already PRONTIVET customers, the information collected through cookies will also be used to identify them when accessing the various tools PRONTIVET makes available for managing services.

This Cookie Policy will apply to those users who voluntarily visit PRONTIVET's web pages, fill out data collection forms, access the tools that PRONTIVET makes available to its clients to manage their services, or use any other service present on the website that involves the communication of data to PRONTIVET, or access to data by PRONTIVET for the provision of its services.
