Having your pet correctly identified is the best way to avoid losing it. It is important to register it in the town hall by the owner.
Official passport:
It is required for cats traveling abroad as well as Travel Health Certificates or Official Certificate that are required for entry into some countries.
It is recommended before traveling to manage these documents in advance.
Change of owner:
To make the change of owner, the veracity of the animal's documents must be verified. Read the chip and verify the data and identity of the current owner. It is preferred that both owners (donor and recipient be present) for the signing. If this is not possible, a photocopy of the signed ID of the donating owner and a signed statement from the receiving owner confirming the authenticity of the documents and wills of both are required.
